Why do atheists always argue about the existence of suffering in the world as meaning God doesn't exist when it doesn't prove anything?

A rational person can easily refute a flat-earther argument that the surface of the Earth is not curved. For a flat-earther, however, his (or her) argument against a curved earth, is convincing.

What are the logical reasons against requiring an ID to vote in the USA? If the government offered to provide IDs for this purpose I fail to see why people are against it.

Why are there posts saying the T in LGBT should be dropped? With what is happening in the US and beyond against the trans community cause for concern that if this is accepted could it be deemed acceptable to start on the LGB community again?
